As an author, I have penned many poems that are suitable to use as greeting cards. Fourteen are available in a book via Amazon or Barnes and Noble: "Express Your Heartfelt Emotions: 14 Poems You Can Personalize To Use As Greeting Cards."
The purchaser has the option of copying the poem into Word, adding personalization, images and then printing on card stock.
